In the fall of 2008, WarriorSage began using Signup Systems to run their organization.
Prior to my introduction to Signup Systems, as a consultant to WarriorSage I headed up a project to integrate an event management CRM application that had been custom built for them. I was responsible for training WarriorSage administrators to use it and to direct the developer to complete, improve or add features necessary to our operations.
In a short time it became clear to me that this “custom” application was a long way and many thousands of dollars from being sufficient for our current needs, and all the while, our business was also growing and changing.
I decided to start looking at other software, like InfusionSoft. I went through a demo that left me with a ton of questions and only vague answers. While we could make InfusionSoft work, it was not a proper fit because it was not really event management software, but standard e-commerce software with some event modules. We would still have to engage in extensive additional programming to incorporate key aspects of our business, but even then I was certain the fit would be clunky at best.
I resigned myself to the excruciating process of making our “custom” system work.
Then one day I learned about Signup Systems from a friend and I arranged a demo. By the end of the demo I was so excited! Signup Systems addressed every key area of our business and even illuminated for me vital aspects of our business that we hadn’t even considered yet. Each module of the application was built upon a foundation of “best practices” for our industry. Each question I had was met with a potential solution that left me feeling that Signup Systems truly understood our business needs.
